3:00 on a Friday and Tim answered the phone. He came right over and explained what was wrong and how much it would cost to replace both.
Tim and Eric went to work in a very small /tight space. I believe he under quoted due to the time it took to repair both valves. Tim was very thorough with his inspection of the repairs to make sure all work was repaired properly.
I asked how much expecting to pay a little more and Tim was a man of his word and quoted the initial price.
We definitely will be calling Premier Plumbing Solutions for all plumbing repairs in the future.
